By accessing or using the PromptHelm platform and website at prompthelm.app (the "Service"), operated by Runivox LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Runivox LTD. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

When the PromptHelm platform becomes available, you may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
- Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Runivox LTD and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United Kingdom and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Runivox LTD. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a licence to use, store, and process it as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Runivox LTD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or results obtained through the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Runivox LTD, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100), whichever is greater.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi ve işleme amacını talep etme
- Yurt içi / yurt dışı aktarılan üçüncü kişileri öğrenme

- İşleme gerekçesinin ortadan kalkması hâlinde silinmesini isteme

11.4 Otomatik Karar Verme
Hizmetimiz, kullanıcıyı önemli ölçüde etkileyen otomatik karar süreçleri içermez. Hizmet kullanımınıza yönelik değerlendirmeler insan denetimi altında gerçekleştirilir.
11.5 Veri Saklama Süresi
Kişisel veriler, işlenme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır. Denetim günlükleri 365 gün, hesap verileri hesap silme tarihinden itibaren 12 ay tutulur. Kullanıcı talebi üzerine silme işlemi 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikası Bölüm 18.4'e bakınız.
