This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the permissible and prohibited use of the PromptHelm platform and website at prompthelm.app, operated by Runivox LTD ("we", "us", or "our").
This AUP supplements and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time.
2. Forbidden use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PromptHelm platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Illegal activity
- Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, viruses, or other malicious code
- Phishing, social engineering attacks, or credential harvesting
- Doxxing — publishing private information about individuals without consent
- Production, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors
- Election manipulation, voter suppression, or creation of fraudulent political content
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation of individuals or groups
- Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent
Weapons and dangerous content
- Creating, distributing, or soliciting instructions for weapons of mass destruction (biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons)
- Facilitating the illegal acquisition, manufacture, or trafficking of weapons or controlled substances
Hate and discriminatory content
- Generating or distributing content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence or hatred against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
3. LLM-specific restrictions
PromptHelm integrates with third-party large language model (LLM) providers. Your use of the Service must comply with the acceptable use policies of each underlying provider you connect to, including but not limited to:
Provider policy compliance
Prohibited LLM activities
- Automated mass content generation that violates the acceptable use policy of the underlying LLM provider
- Using the platform to circumvent safety measures, rate limits, or content filters of any LLM provider
- Prompt injection attacks designed to manipulate LLM behaviour in ways that harm third parties or violate applicable policies
- Generating synthetic data or synthetic media intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate
4. Rate and volume limits
You must not attempt to abuse, circumvent, or degrade the availability or performance of the Service for other users. This includes:
- Intentionally or negligently sending requests at volumes that exceed the rate limits documented in the API or dashboard
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to generate requests beyond reasonable usage patterns without prior written consent from Runivox LTD
- Deliberately bypassing rate limiting mechanisms through request distribution, credential sharing, or similar techniques
- Any activity that constitutes a denial-of-service attack or intentionally impairs infrastructure capacity
5. Reporting violations
If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, we encourage you to report it promptly. Reports help us maintain a safe and compliant platform for all users.

Please include as much detail as possible: the type of violation, any relevant URLs or account identifiers, and a description of the activity observed. We treat all reports in confidence.
6. Enforcement
Runivox LTD reserves the right to take action against any use of the Service that violates this AUP. Enforcement follows a progressive escalation process:
Warning
For first-time or minor violations, we will issue a formal warning and require immediate remediation. Continued access may be restricted pending compliance.
Suspension
For repeated or serious violations, the account will be suspended. Suspension prevents access to the Service and all connected API keys. We will notify the account holder of the reason and appeal process.
Termination
For severe, illegal, or irremediable violations, the account will be permanently terminated. Upon termination, all account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy (UK GDPR / KVKK data deletion obligations).
In cases of illegal activity or imminent harm, Runivox LTD reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning, including reporting the activity to law enforcement authorities.
